1. Return Eligibility
You may return your handbag within 30 calendar days from the date it was delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of odors, stains, or pet hair, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, dust bags, authenticity cards (if applicable) must be included.
- Please retain the original box or protective packaging. Items returned without original packaging may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
- Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or packing slip) is required.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact us at support@bagnisia.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your full name, order number, reason for return, and clear photos if your item is damaged or defective.
Step 2: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with the correct return shipping address.
Step 3: Pack your item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Remove or cover any old shipping labels.
Step 4: Ship your return using a trackable shipping service (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Keep the shipping receipt and tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
If you are returning an item for any other reason (for example, change of mind or preference), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Any paid shipping upgrades (for faster shipping) are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
4. Refund Process and Timeline
When we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2–3 business days. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment.
Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
We do not refund customs duties, taxes, or international shipping fees (if applicable).
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, color, or size, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order at www.bagnisia.store.
This ensures you get exactly what you want while it’s in stock.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all handbags before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please email support@bagnisia.store within 10 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue.
Once verified, we will prioritize sending a replacement, arranging a repair, or issuing a full refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you do not see your refund after 10 business days:
- Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or card provider as refunds sometimes take extra time to appear.
- If you still do not see your refund, contact us at support@bagnisia.store and we will help you resolve the issue.
8. Gifts
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please provide the gift giver’s order number and details when you contact us.
If approved, we can issue store credit to you or refund the original payment method, depending on the situation.
9. Important Notes
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements. Unauthorized returns, returns received outside the 30-day window, or items not in acceptable condition may be refused or returned to you at your expense.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when sending returns.
