Return Window
- Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
- Only items meeting the Product Condition requirements are eligible for return (see below).
- Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost
Bagnisia Covers Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Bagnisia covers all return shipping costs.
- Customers will receive a prepaid return label.
Customer Covers Shipping
- If the return is not due to a defect or error (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, unwanted item), the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
- Customers must provide a valid shipping label for the returned item.
Return Labels
- Return labels are provided for defective or damaged items upon request.
- For non-defective returns, customers must arrange their own shipping label.
Restocking Fee
- There is no restocking fee for any returned item.
Return Process

- Include your order number, reason for return, and product details.
- Receive a return authorization and instructions for mailing the item back.
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping fees (except for defective or damaged items) are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If a refund is not received within 5 business days:

Change of Mind

- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Exchanges

- Exchange processing follows the same return and shipping procedures as regular returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us with in 48 hours at support@bagnisia.store with photos and order details.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
