Transit Time
Our standard delivery time within the United States is estimated between 5 to 8 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. This shipping time starts after your order has been dispatched and may vary slightly based on your delivery address, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
Handling Time
Handling time refers to the time we need to process, verify, pack, and prepare your order before handing it over to the shipping carrier. This usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Each order is packed securely to ensure that your handbag reaches you in perfect condition.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. This helps us maintain an efficient fulfillment process.
Total Delivery Time
The total time it takes for your order to arrive includes both handling and shipping. Typically, we require 1 to 2 business days to prepare your order, and shipping takes 5 to 8 business days. Therefore, your package should reach you within 6 to 10 business days from the date of your purchase.

Product Condition & Damage Responsibility

If your handbag arrives damaged due to an issue on our end before shipment, we take full responsibility and will offer a replacement or refund according to our Return and refund policy.
However, once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any damage caused during transit. In such cases, we recommend contacting the courier directly. If needed, we are happy to assist you with filing a claim with the shipping provider.
Order Tracking

Order Cancellation Policy

- If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, we will assist you with the return process according to our Return and refund policy.
