Return And Refund Policy

At Bagnisia, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something is not quite right, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair.

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States and purchased directly from our official website.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted. To start a return, please contact us first packages sent back without authorization may not be processed.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In new condition
  • Free of stains, odors, scratches, or wear
  • With all original packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories included

Items that show signs of use may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable when stated on the product page.

Reasons for Return

We accept returns for both:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Non-defective items (change of mind, wrong size, not as expected)

Please note: “not as expected” does not include minor color or lighting differences caused by screen displays.

Return Shipping Cost

Bagnisia Covers Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Bagnisia will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label to ensure the process is convenient and free of charge for the customer.

Customer Covers Shipping
If the return is for reasons not related to a defect or error. Such as a change of mind, wrong size, or unwanted item. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. In this case, the customer must provide a valid return label.

Return Labels

All returns must be mailed back.

  • Instructions and the return address will be provided after approval
  • Customers are responsible for purchasing their own shipping label when the return is not due to a Bagnisia error
  • Please use a carrier with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

The full value of the returned product will be refunded, minus any return shipping costs (if applicable).

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@bagnisia.store with:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) for return
    • Reason for return
    • Photos if defective or damaged
  2. Our team reviews your request and confirms eligibility.
  3. Ship the product back using the provided instructions.
  4. Once received, we inspect the item to ensure it meets return condition requirements.

You will be notified via email when the inspection is complete.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time is within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit. Refunds are always issued in USD.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank
  3. If more than 10 business days have passed since our confirmation, email us at support@bagnisia.store for assistance

Change of Mind

Returns for change-of-mind purchases are accepted as long as the product is new and returned within 30 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted when:

  • The item is new and unused
  • Requested within 30 days
  • The replacement item is in stock

If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund may be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Packaging photos if damage occurred during transit
  • Order number

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution such as replacement, exchange, or refund. Damage caused by misuse or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
