At Bagnisia, we want you to shop with confidence. If your handbag isn’t quite right for any reason, our clear and transparent Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth and worry-free experience.

Return Eligibility

You may return your handbag within 30 calendar days from the date it was delivered to you.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from odors, stains, or pet hair.
  • It must be in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards (if applicable) included.
  • Please retain the original box or protective packaging returns sent without proper packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
  • A proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or packing slip) is required.
  • Final Sale or Clearance items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law).

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

Step 1: Email support@bagnisia.store within 30 days of delivery. Include your full name, order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the product is damaged or defective.

Step 2: Our team will respond within 1–2 working days and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with the return shipping instructions.

Step 3: Pack your item securely in its original packaging and clearly write the RAN on the outside of the box. Remove or cover any previous shipping labels.

Step 4: Ship your return using a trackable and insured shipping service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Keep the receipt and tracking number for your records.

Return Shipping Costs & Labels

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and return labels, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
  • In such cases (our fault), we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a prepaid label.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 2–3 working days.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note: We do not refund any customs duties, taxes, or international shipping fees (if applicable).

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items.

If you wish to exchange your handbag for a different color, size, or style, please contact support@bagnisia.store within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange or issue store credit toward your replacement item.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item and any shipping charges for the exchanged product.
  • If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

All products are carefully inspected before dispatch.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@bagnisia.store within 48 hours with photos showing the issue.

Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
  3. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@bagnisia.store for further assistance.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns or exchanges.

Important Notes

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments..

Returns that do not meet policy requirements may be denied or sent back at the customer’s expense.

Unauthorized returns or returns received after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.
