Processing, Transit & Delivery Times

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).
  • Transit Time: Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–8 working days after dispatch (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Total Delivery Time: Usually 6–10 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
There are no hidden fees, surcharges, or additional handling costs.
Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.

Shipping Carriers

We work with multiple trusted carriers, including FedEx, USPS, DHL, and UPS, to ensure reliable delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and carrier details. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

Product Condition & Damage Responsibility

All products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us at support@bagnisia.store within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace or refund the item in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent.
Tracking links usually become active within a few hours of dispatch.
If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact support@bagnisia.store, and our team will assist you promptly.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact support@bagnisia.store as soon as possible and include your order number.

  • If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices on Bagnisia include applicable state and local taxes for U.S. customers.
The total amount displayed at checkout is the final amount you will be charged with no hidden costs or unexpected fees.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
