We currently ship orders exclusively within the United States, and all timelines below reflect our U.S. delivery network.
Processing, Transit & Delivery Times
Every order moves through several stages before it reaches your door. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier capacity, and seasonal demand, but our standard schedule is:
Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
Handling Time: Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
Transit Time: Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch (excluding weekends and holidays).
Total Delivery Time: Total delivery time combines both processing and transit:
1–2 days (handling) + 5–8 days (transit) = 6–10 business days total
These delivery windows are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control such as weather, high seasonal demand, or carrier delays.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. We always work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible while maintaining careful quality checks.
Shipping Charges
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
There are no hidden fees, surcharges, or additional handling costs.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable, trackable carriers to ensure safe delivery. Carrier selection is determined automatically based on service availability and route efficiency.
For operational reasons, customers cannot manually choose a specific carrier at checkout.
Product Condition & Damage Responsibility
All products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us at support@bagnisia.store within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace or refund the item in accordance with our Return And Refund Policy.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent.
Tracking links usually become active within a 24-48 hours of dispatch.
If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact support@bagnisia.store, and our team will assist you promptly.
Incorrect Address & Address Verification
Please make sure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or returned shipments.
If a package is returned due to address errors, re-shipping costs may apply.

- correct ZIP code
Orders cannot always be rerouted once shipped.

All prices on the Bagnisia website are displayed in:

Applicable sales tax (where required) is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
We do not add hidden fees. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
Delays & Exceptions
Delivery times may be affected by conditions outside our control, including:

- security or routing inspections
When delays occur, we do our best to provide updates as soon as possible.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it. Please contact us With in 48 Hours of delivery.
